MAKING A RIPPLE EFFECT

Step 1 - Ripple effect in photoshop 7
When a drop of water drops on a static water, the ripple effect looks so nice! Here we will try to make one with Photoshop. I am using Photoshop 7. Create a new image with 500 x 500 pixel. Create a new layer as shown in image.
